Removal |

1. |
Shut off the High Voltage circuit. (Refer to Hybrid Control System - “High Voltage Shutoff Procedure”) |
2. |
Remove the air cleaner and air duct. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner") |
3. |
Disconnect the power cable (A) and inverter power cable (B).
|
4. |
Remove the DC fuse cover (B) after loosening the mounting hexagon head bolts (A).
|
5. |
Remove the seal cover (B) using pliers (A).
|
6. |
Remove the DC fuse (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.
|
Installation |

1. |
Install the DC fuse in the reverse order of removal. |
Inspection |
|
1. |

3. |
Disconnect the power cable (A) and inverter power cable (B).

5. |
Remove the seal cover (B) using pliers (A).
|
6. |
Check the continuity between ends of the DC fuse.
